We have worked with the same supplier for over four decades. They have provided us with Alberta’s finest beef, aged a minimum of 35 days for ultimate tenderness and superior flavour. Every steak is cut to order and charbroiled to your specifications on our open flame grill.

Call it a hangover from the much-heralded days of the 3-martini lunch. We call it a Caesar’s tradition. For over 45 years we have offered an Emperor’s size cocktail - a full 3 ounces. Maybe it is because we live in the heart of the cattle country - big fields, big mountains and big skies. So it should come as no surprise that we like our cocktails the same way we like our steaks - BIG!
