Captivating diners since 1972, Caesar’s is undeniably old school with rich surroundings of burgundy leather, golden hues and dark wood finishes, but this setting is not the only thing that defines Caesar’s, but rather a complete experience that evokes a sense of nostalgia. We serve are own exclusive specification of Alberta beef, that is properly aged, individually cut to order and charbroiled on our open flame grill, paired with accompaniments to match any Emperor’s feast. Traditional service - including tableside preparations, modern and classic cocktails, and a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence wine list, all ensure a memorable experience.

The ownership has remained with the founding family since the beginning, with the second-generation now involved. Relationships with our customers, our suppliers and our team are what have made Caesar’s a tradition in the Calgary community. We earned our customers’ loyalty by staying true to our goal – to ensure guests enjoy a consistent, satisfying high quality experience. Returning patrons often ask for their grandfather and / or father’s table to enjoy a private dinner, celebrate a special occasion or to host an important business meeting. Most important is our team; they are as loyal as our patrons and suppliers, as the majority of our team has been with us on average for more than 20 years.

We have worked with the same supplier for over four decades. They have provided us with Alberta’s finest beef, aged a minimum of 28 days for ultimate tenderness and superior flavour. Every steak is cut to order, seasoned with our house spice and charbroiled to your specifications on our open flame grill.

With our opening in 1972 and a slight change to the recipe, The Bloody Caesar cocktail found its home.

Call it a hangover from the much-heralded days of the 3-martini lunch. We call it a Caesar’s tradition. For over 49 years we have offered an Emperor’s size cocktail - a full 3 ounces. Maybe it is because we live in the heart of the cattle country - big fields, big mountains and big skies. So it should come as no surprise that we like our cocktails the same way we like our steaks - BIG!
