Our steaks are cut in house from specially selected Prime and Sterling Silver Alberta beef, aged a minimum of 28 days, seasoned with our own house spices & grilled to order. Sterling Silver Premium Beef is certified by the Canadian Beef Grading Agency to only be Prime (1%) and the top tier (12%) of AAA.
All Steaks and Specialties include soup, bread roll and are accompanied by a twice-baked stuffed potato unless otherwise specified. Other choices include a plain baked potato, rice pilaf, French fries, tomatoes & marinated cucumbers or cottage cheese.
